Cancellations
At Asha’s Cuts appointment times are reserved just for you, and I strive to ensure every client receives the best service possible. To respect my time and that of other clients, I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time slot to another client.
Failure to provide the required notice will result in a fee of £10 per hour of the booked appointment. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all clients, as last-minute changes affect both my schedule and other clients' ability to book.
Missed Appointments
Life happens, and I understand that sometimes you may forget or be unable to attend your appointment. However, if an appointment is missed without prior notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the appointment as a missed appointment fee. This applies whether you forget to cancel or are simply a no-show.
This policy is in place to protect my business and to ensure that all clients understand the importance of keeping their scheduled appointments. When an appointment is missed, it impacts my ability to manage my time effectively and may prevent other clients from booking in that time slot.
Late Arrivals
To respect the schedules of all clients, I ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your service in the remaining time, and in some cases, I may need to reschedule your appointment.
If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be treated as a “no-show,” and the missed appointment policy will apply.
Booking Appointments
Deposits may be taken for new clients to guarantee your appointment. During particularly busy periods, such as the Christmas season, a deposit will be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your service at the time of your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule during this time, the standard cancellation policy applies, and any failure to comply may result in the forfeit of your deposit.
This policy helps manage the high demand for appointments during peak seasons, ensuring all clients can receive the services they need.
